Efren Espinoza - Broker Owner
Efren Espinoza is the Broker-Owner of Wine Country Property Management, born in Mexico and raised in a multicultural home between both Mexico and the United States. At a young age, He informally started helping his father manage the family's commercial and residential portfolio in both countries. He began his Professional career outside the family business when he joined a local Property Management company 18 years ago and after a short time, he discovered that the Real Estate / Property Management industry was a perfect match for him!
As the owner of Wine Country Property Management, he pride's himself on offering superior personal service before, during and after any transaction. Knowledge, commitment, honesty, compassion and professionalism are the foundation of his worth ethics. He is always looking to better himself , not just professionally, but also as a person. He speaks Fluent English and Spanish and also understands and speaks a bit of French! He prides himself in having an unrivaled team and is always finding ways to provide better and increased opportunities for his team!
3 times President of NARPM - Sonoma / Marin Chapter (2018, 2019 & 2023) and also served as the Communications director for CALNARPM. He holds his Realtor affiliation, He is a member of CAA (California Apartment Association), He holds an RMP designation within NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) and soon will be awarded the coveted MPM designation within NARPM which is currently held by less than 1000 Professionals nationwide!
Julio Hernandez - Property Manager
Meet Julio Hernandez, he started off with the company as an Administrative Assistant and since then has worked his way up! He obtained his Real Estate License in July of 2023 and was recently promoted to be a Property Manager. He is a dedicated member of the team and with his hard work and superb customer service, he will help you navigate through all the complexities and challenges that may arise. He is also a professional member of NARPM and is currently working on his first designation within the organization. Bilingual in English and Spanish!
Julia Rubio - Executive Assistant
Meet Julia! Julia came into working for Wine Country Property Management by a scouting that was conducted through a staffing agency. Perfectly matching all the skills that we were looking for, she was brought on to the team in 2023. Julia is the epitome of a "hard working employee" and due to her continued dedicated efforts, she quickly became a valued team member within our office. She is a compassionate professional and is always looking forward to helping clients with their needs! Bilingual in English and Spanish!
Michelle Rogers - Property Manager
Michelle has been in property management for almost 30 years! She started at Ferrua Garbarino in San Rafael and then moved to Sonoma County where she continued her career with Baker & Associates and just recently joined the Wine Country Property Management team. She has outstanding customer service skills and understands how personal and compassionate our industry is. Both tenants and owners rave of her Professionalism and we hope that she has found her forever home with Wine Country Property Management. She is a professional Member of NARPM and is currently working on obtaining her RMP designation within the organization.
Alexa Yañez - Administrative Assistant
She has three years of experience in customer service and front desk operations which she obtained while working at a family business, as well as working for Santa Rosa city Parks and Rec centers. She is known for her strong communication skills, and strives to provide exceptional customer service and support in every interaction. She is a native to Santa Rosa and loves our community! Bilingual in English and Spanish.
